Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data PRAXTERRA collects through this website and how we use it, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

What we collect and why

Your email address, when you download the standard. We use it to send you the files and to tell you about new versions and corrections of the standard. Legal basis: your request for the download and our legitimate interest in keeping users informed about the version they rely on (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). You can object at any time.

News and offers, only if you tick the optional box. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

Messages you send us, to answer them. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying.

This website uses no analytics, advertising cookies or tracking. Fonts and images are hosted on our own server.

Who processes the data

Email addresses are stored with our email service provider [provider name, e.g. MailerLite or Brevo, and its location], under a data processing agreement. The website is hosted by [hosting provider]. Toolkit purchases are processed by Etsy under Etsy's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Messages are kept for up to [period, e.g. 24 months].

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@praxterra.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt.
